PROMOTION OF S.H.G. AND MICROFINANCE

The exports of LIST are being involved on forming self help groups among the women beneficiaries in Rayagada District in order to strengthen the socio- economic condition of women through micro-credit linkages and promotion of livelihood policies. Total 45 nos. of self Help .Groups have been formed amongst the women beneficiaries of the above District out of which assistance of credit linkages have been provided to 6 groups. The organization is also promoting home base product oriented small scale undertakings among these groups. This year, the organization is extending microfinance units in Rayagada District among the women SHG groups. By the effort the members of SHGs are getting loan for Goatery and cattle enterprises in rural area.
