I.G. AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Apart from social work in different developmental sectors, the organization is also concentrating on women empowerment and striving for capacity building of the youth and women. Alike previous years, the organization is keeping pace with the launching of innovative trainings for the women beneficiaries in Rayagada district. In order to improve the socio economic condition of women beneficiaries in the project area LIST strives to impart vocational training like Computer, Mushroom cultivation and Dress designing. The organization has been promoting the poor beneficiaries in order to establish home based small industries in Rayagada District for economic empowerment of women beneficiaries. The beneficiaries are well educated about their economic prosperity and further development in the society. Besides, the organization is imparting skill development trainings to women in a series manner.
